In celebration of the Indian Festival of Lights, Al Dawaar, in the Hyatt Regency Dubai, is hosting a lavish celebration on Wednesday, November 7th. Chefs are preparing a spread of Indian delicacies alongside international favourites, which you can tuck into while enjoying sweeping, and rotating, views of the city skyline. There will be a live kitchen experience, where chefs will cook-to-order your choice of dishes. The menu will include traditional Indian dishes such as tandoori chicken tikka, paneer tikka, palak paneer, vegetable biryani and dal makhani.
International preparations will include duck with plum sauce, asparagus with chervil butter, Thai seafood red curry and more. The dessert station will offer puds including kaju katli, boondi ladoo, jalebi, rasmalai and phirni. Food is served in the centre of the restaurant, which is stationary at all times, as the seating area spins (slowly) 360 degrees.
