  • Finance repayment period of up to 25 years. 200 Touch Points will be earned for every AED 1,000 of finance amount.


  • This finance is sharia-compliant.
  • For your first property, the down payment is 25% if the property value is under AED 5M and 35% if property value is above AED 5M. For your second property, the down payment is 40%.

  • The processing fee for Aspire customers is 1% of the finance amount. Privilege Club members pay 0.75% of finance amount and Excellency Customers pay 0.50% of finance amount.
  • The early settlement fee for this finance is 1% of the outstanding amount (principal + profit) to date. All other outstanding profit is waived.
  • Life insurance fees are 0.0275% of the outstanding loan amount per month. Property insurance fees are 0.040% per annum of property’s original value.
  • The rate is calculated on a reducing balance.
  • The profit rate starts at 3.25% fixed for the first 1 year. Thereafter, the rate is calculated on a retail base rate (RBR) based on Central Bank’s 6 month EIBOR plus a margin of 3.50% applied for the rest of the loan period.
  • The reducing rate of this finance starts from 3.25% and the equivalent flat rate is 1.79%. The calculation used is a division of the reducing rate by 1.814 and this is indicative only.
  • Finance is offered for ready and under construction properties.
