Venue & Organizer Policies

• There is paid RTA parking available outside the venue, which is limited. Hence you are encouraged to arrive in time.
• Gates Open at 6:45 pm and Show Starts at 7:30 pm.
• The VIP category is as per allocated seating and Gold & Balcony is as per first-come-first-serve basis. Further, there is no lift to access the balcony category. Please keep this in mind before booking tickets.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium, however attendees can consume snacks and beverages from the venue, which is available on paid basis, only in the foyer area.
•  In case of any concerns regarding the tickets, please reach out to the ticketing platform directly. Further in case of technical/operational issues at the venue, the decision of the organizer is final.
• The tickets are 100% non-refundable barring exceptional situations, which will be discussed between the organizer and the ticketing platform.
