Air Arabia has recently inaugurated its latest city check-in facility in Dubai, situated at City Centre Al Shindagha in the Al Fahidi area. With this addition, the tally of city check-in facilities in the UAE reaches 12, covering various regions across the country.
This new service enables passengers to drop off their luggage and acquire their boarding passes a day before their flights, extending up to 8 hours before their scheduled departure time. This initiative aims to enhance convenience and flexibility for travelers.
Moreover, the new location will feature a convenient bus service connecting the Shindagha City Centre city check-in facility with Sharjah International Airport, set to commence operations soon.
Operational daily from 10 am to 10 pm, the facility allows customers to purchase additional baggage allowance, choose preferred seating, or make adjustments to their flight arrangements.
Passengers departing from Sharjah International Airport can access any of the city check-in facilities located in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman. Similarly, travelers flying from Zayed International Airport can utilize the city check-in facility in Abu Dhabi. This service aims to streamline pre-flight procedures, saving time and eliminating airport queues, thereby enabling passengers to proceed directly to their flights upon arrival.
As part of its expansion strategy and commitment to excellence, Air Arabia continues to prioritize exceptional customer service and offerings. The introduction of the new City Check-In facility aligns with the airline’s dedication to providing cost-effective and value-added solutions that cater to the evolving needs of its customers.
