Parkin has introduced nine long-term subscription packages that offer residents, workers, and students convenient parking solutions across various zones in the city. Whether you’re commuting daily or living in a busy residential community, these plans are designed to help you avoid meter hassles and eliminate the need for repeated SMS payments.
These subscriptions can be applied for online via the official Parkin website, where users can choose plans based on their location and parking requirements.
Available Parking Plans and Rates
1. Roadside & Plots Parking (Zones A, B, C, D)
Ideal for those who need flexibility, this plan allows parking on roads (Zones A & C) and plots (Zones B & D).
- 1 Month – AED 500
- 3 Months – AED 1,400
- 6 Months – AED 2,500
- 12 Months – AED 4,500
Note: Vehicles can be parked for up to 4 hours roadside and up to 24 hours in plots. This plan cannot be downgraded to plots-only.
2. Plots-Only Parking (Zones B & D)
Perfect for longer stays in designated plots.
- 1 Month – AED 250
- 3 Months – AED 700
- 6 Months – AED 1,300
- 12 Months – AED 2,400
3. Dubai Silicon Oasis – Zone H
Tailored for residents and visitors of DSO, this plan excludes reserved spaces.
- 3 Months – AED 1,400
- 6 Months – AED 2,500
- 12 Months – AED 4,500
Only one vehicle can be linked per subscription.
4. Silicon Oasis – Limited Area
An affordable alternative for specific areas within DSO.
- 3 Months – AED 1,000
- 6 Months – AED 1,500

5. Dubai Hills (Zone 631G)
Designed for those living in or visiting Dubai Hills.
- 1 Month – AED 500
- 3 Months – AED 1,400

Applies only to public parking marked as Zone 631G.
6. Wasl Real Estate Parking (Zones W & WP)
Suitable for users of Wasl-managed parking spaces.

First-come, first-served basis; one vehicle per subscription.
7. Educational Staff (Private Institutions)
Affordable plans for teachers and staff within 500 meters of their workplace.

- 12 Months – AED 1,200
Proof of employment required. Payment must be completed within 14 days.
8. Students (Higher Education Only)
Students can enjoy up to 80% discount with valid documentation.

Valid student ID and enrollment letter required.
9. Multistorey Parking (Various Locations)
Offers covered parking for residents and workers in Bani Yas and Naif.
- 1 Month – AED 735

- 6 Months – AED 4,200
- 12 Months – AED 8,400
Tenancy contract or title deed needed. VAT (5%) applicable. One vehicle allowed to park at a time; maximum 30 consecutive days.
Important Guidelines
- Vehicle Restrictions: Heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, pickups) not eligible.
- Vehicle Limit: Up to 3 vehicles can be registered under a Dubai traffic file, but only one can be active. One vehicle allowed for files from outside Dubai.
- Switching Vehicles: Allowed every 30 minutes.
- No Reserved Spaces: Subscriptions don’t apply to reserved parking areas.
- Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours for select plans.
- Violations:
- Over 30 days in multistorey – AED 500
- Wrong parking – AED 200
- Parking in reserved space – AED 1,000
- Application Cancellation: Unpaid applications for student, staff, and multistorey parking will be auto-cancelled after 14 days.
