The Plaza, previously Lamcy Plaza, is the well-known shopping mall in Oud Metha, Dubai. The property, which has remained closed since a major fire in 2017, was sold at auction in September 2025 for AED 188.7 million. The mall is now undergoing refurbishment and modernisation ahead of its planned reopening.
