Conditions
- Valid for 30 days from date of purchase
- Valid daily including the Holy Month of Ramadan and public holidays
- Please note: Tickets once bought cannot be cancelled or refunded. E-tickets are fully non-refundable
- Timings:
– Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
– Friday and Saturday: 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight
– Note: Timings are subject to change - Height restriction: Minimum 1.30 meters
- A waiver needs to be signed before the ride; Parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver for children below 18 years old
- Waivers can be filled out on the location and will stay on the file for one year unless filled out by a parent in charge of the party or play date, in which case waiver will only be valid for 24 hours
- Additional terms:
– Please bring your Passport, Emirates ID, or other proof of identity with you.
– Please be advised not to chew gum, mint, or candy during a ride.
– Do not take with you any accessories, jewelry, glasses, or mobile phones.
– We don’t recommend guests with high blood pressure, motion sickness, and bone issues try the ride.
– The ride is not for people with physical, mental, and other disabilities or disorders.
– Please avoid the attraction if you have sensitivity to loud noises, flashing lights, and other related stuff.
– Wear casual and comfortable clothes.
– No photos and videos are allowed to be taken while experiencing the ride.
