Dubai’s newly launched Dubai Invite rewards program has received an overwhelming response, attracting more than 10,000 applications within its first 48 hours. The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) confirmed the strong demand and is now reviewing whether to increase the number of reward packages available due to the exceptional interest.

The Dubai Invite rewards program encourages UAE residents and citizens to invite family and friends from overseas to visit Dubai while rewarding them with exclusive benefits worth over AED 3,000. The campaign runs until October 31, 2026, with participating offers remaining valid until December 31, 2026.

Who can participate?

• UAE residents and citizens aged 18 years or above
• Must hold a valid Emirates ID
• Visitors must not be UAE residents
• Guests should travel on a tourist visa or be eligible for visa on arrival
• Visitors can arrive by air, road or sea between July 20 and October 31, 2026.

How does Dubai Invite rewards program work

Residents simply nominate their friends or relatives through the official Dubai Invite platform before they arrive in Dubai. Once the visitor enters the emirate, DET automatically verifies the arrival. The resident then receives an email containing the reward package and redemption instructions, with emails being issued within 72 hours of verified arrivals from August onwards. No separate arrival notification is required.

Important rules

• Up to five visitors can be included in a single application.
• Additional visitors can be nominated through separate applications.
• Each visitor can only be nominated once during the campaign.
• Every resident can receive a maximum of three reward packages.

The benefits package is valued at more than AED 3,000 and includes exclusive offers from hotels, restaurants, attractions and transport providers across Dubai.

DET considering more rewards

Due to the overwhelming response, DET has confirmed it is reviewing the availability of reward packages and may increase the stock of benefits. Officials also indicated that if the program continues to perform well, similar campaigns could return in the future.
