11th Chinese New Year Gala

Since its establishment in 2015, the UAE Chinese New Year Spring Festival Gala has evolved into one of the most highly anticipated cultural events in the region, celebrating the rich traditions and vibrant heritage of Chinese culture. Tickets information

• Automated seating is based on best availability, please make sure your seats are assigned together before making the purchase.
• Tickets are final and 100% non-refundable. 
• Your E-Tickets will be sent 2 days before the event day.
• Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18+ for entry.
• All attendees, including children above 12 months, must have a valid ticket for entry to Coca-Cola Arena.
• No re-entry or exit once you’ve entered the venue.  

Event Policies

• Customers are advised not to purchase Platinumlist-branded Tickets resold through so-called secondary ticketing websites (such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, Stubhub, Dubizzle or similar sites) or online selling sites such as eBay as it is possible the Ticket may not be valid for entry or will be canceled by Platinumlist should Platinumlist become aware that the Ticket has been resold.  In some countries, the re-sale of tickets is banned by law.
• It is the responsibility of customers to protect their tickets from loss or theft.
• Platinumlist is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen Tickets and does not issue refunds for lost or stolen Tickets.  This applies to electronically issued tickets as well as printed tickets. In the event, that a customer’s electronic ticket is copied/stolen (e.g. via hacked email, or through delivery to a shared email address) and the ticket is used and scanned before the customer enters the event, the customer will be refused entry as the ticket will have been canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be offered to the customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their electronic tickets with the same caution and care they would protect a physical printed ticket from theft.
• It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft.
• Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.
• If a customer’s electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.
