KIGO is a new Japanese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC from Chef Izu Ani, Head Chef Akinori “Aki” Tanigawa and Sushi Head Chef Daihachiro Ebata.

The intimate 44-seat restaurant focuses on Japanese omakase and kaiseki dining, with seasonality and precision at the heart of the experience. The elegant space features an Aji stone sushi counter, Japanese tableware and a carefully selected sake collection.

L’Avenue Dubai

Location: Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall

Famous Parisian restaurant L’Avenue has arrived in Dubai, opening at Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall with views overlooking the Dubai Fountain.

The new restaurant brings a taste of its Parisian roots to the city, serving French-inspired dishes in an elegant setting. Diners can expect everything from escargots and truffle dishes to pasta and indulgent desserts.

Clap of Flour

Location: Canal Front, Dubai Canal

Clap of Flour is a new Italian restaurant at Canal Front overlooking the Dubai Canal, with views towards the Burj Khalifa.

Handmade pasta takes centre stage, with dough rolled fresh daily at the restaurant’s pasta bar. The relaxed venue also serves freshly baked pastries and coffee, making it suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

LOOP

Location: Trillionaire Residences by Binghatti, Business Bay
Cuisine: Mediterranean / International

LOOP has opened in Business Bay as a new 24-hour dining and lounge concept overlooking the Dubai Canal.

The Mediterranean-inspired venue moves from breakfast and speciality coffee to business lunches, dinner and late-night dining. A waterfront terrace adds to the appeal.

Bondz

Location: Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC
Cuisine: International / Asian-inspired
Opened: August 2026

Bondz is a new speakeasy-inspired restaurant and executive lounge at Emirates Financial Towers in DIFC.

The concept transitions from a daytime work and networking space into an evening dining and social destination. The globally inspired menu includes dishes such as sushi, bao buns, tacos, sliders, Hamachi Ceviche and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice.

Shinobi Handroll Bar

Location: Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah
Cuisine: Japanese
Opened: July 2026

Shinobi Handroll Bar brings together Japanese food, music, art and street culture in a distinctive new Al Wasl Road restaurant.

At the centre of the restaurant is a U-shaped counter where chefs prepare made-to-order handrolls using warm rice, crisp nori and premium seafood. The menu also includes nigiri, sashimi, tacos, salads and hot dishes.

The interiors take inspiration from Tokyo and New York, with neon signs, industrial details and subway-inspired seating.

Sutēki

Location: Harbour House, Dubai Harbour
Cuisine: Japanese / Wagyu
Status: Now Open

Sutēki is a new wagyu-focused dining destination at Dubai Harbour, bringing a contemporary Tokyo-inspired experience to the waterfront.

The menu is dedicated to wagyu, ranging from raw preparations to grilled signatures and modern interpretations. The intimate interiors combine warm wood, low lighting, contemporary art and Dubai Harbour views.
