TRIO – Jumeirah

Opened: 1 October 2026
Location: Jumeirah, Dubai
Concept: Homegrown Dubai café

TRIO has opened its new Jumeirah café today, transforming the brand’s original 2021 drive-through location into a full café. The all-day menu includes signature coffee, single-origin V60s, matcha, freshly baked pastries, sweet toasts, savoury bao, Emirati-inspired dishes and desserts.

Shvili – DIFC

Opened: 24 September 2026
Location: Gate District Precinct Building 03, Level 2, DIFC
Cuisine: Georgian

Shvili has opened a new restaurant in DIFC, marking the brand’s first licensed venue in the UAE. The restaurant brings traditional Georgian dining to the district, with a menu designed for sharing featuring handmade khinkali, freshly baked khachapuri, Georgian appetisers, dishes cooked in traditional ketsi clay pans, grilled meats and vegetarian options

Gymkhana Dubai

Opened: 1 September 2026

London’s acclaimed Gymkhana has opened its first UAE restaurant in DIFC. The Dubai menu combines the restaurant’s signature Indian dishes with several creations made specifically for the city, including Pahadi chicken chops and rasmalai served with Emirati qishta.

Rocambolesco

Opened: 25 September 2026

Rocambolesco is a two-level Italian restaurant at SO/ Uptown Dubai. Led by Chef Luigi Stinga alongside Executive Chef Alessandro Mirabelli, the restaurant serves pasta, pizzas, Italian classics and theatrical tableside dishes.

Noren

Opened: August 2026

Noren is a new Japanese restaurant in JLT created by former Zuma Managing Director Ilir Caushi and Executive Chef Pawel Kazanowski. The menu covers sushi, raw dishes and Japanese grill selections, with an island bar serving cocktails and sake.

Marugame Udon

Opened: 1 September 2026

Japanese noodle chain Marugame Udon has opened its latest UAE outlet at The Dubai Mall. The restaurant specialises in Sanuki-style udon, including Kake Udon and Bukkake Udon, alongside tempura and Japanese sides.

Le Guilan

Opened: September 2026

Le Guilan is a new Downtown Dubai restaurant combining Persian flavours with European cooking techniques. The interiors take inspiration from a French brasserie, while the menu gives familiar Persian dishes a contemporary interpretation.

Bayroot Deli

Opened: 12 September 2026

Bayroot Deli is a new family-run Lebanese concept on Sheikh Zayed Road, serving everything from charcoal-grilled meats and shawarma to mezze, sandwiches, bowls and salads.

Malgudi

Opened: September 2026

Malgudi is a new South Indian resto-café in Motor City associated with Indian singer and composer Shankar Mahadevan. The menu includes South Indian dishes such as thatte idli alongside contemporary snacks and sharing plates.

Opened: September 2026

Clap of Flour is a new Italian restaurant overlooking the Dubai Canal. One of its main features is an open interactive kitchen where guests can watch fresh pasta being prepared.

Melbourne-born Puzzle Coffee has opened its Dubai location at Dubai Creek Harbour. Along with speciality Australian-roasted coffee, the menu includes Turkish eggs, hojicha drinks and its distinctive edible coffee cups.

Hay House

Opened in Dubai: September 2026

After establishing locations in Ras Al Khaimah and Khorfakkan, Hay House has expanded to Dubai. The café serves coffee, matcha, mini pizzas and desserts including aseeda.

Popns

Opened: September 2026

From the team behind Orijins Café, Popns is a new bakery-style café on Al Wasl Road. The focus is on freshly baked sourdough, breads and pastries prepared in-house.
