Store Return Process

Items can be returned to any H&M store within 15 days of receipt of your order, as indicated in your dispatch email.

Returned items must be in an unused condition, and in their original packaging
A copy of the invoice should be included

H&M sale Online Return Process

Step 1: Call Alshaya Customer service on 800-74292 and inform them that you want to return items. Share the required details with the customer service representative.
Step 2: An email will be sent from Aramex, including a 12-digit number called the Airway Bill Number “AWB”.
Step 3: You have the choice to copy the “AWB” to the package, or print the label and tape it to the package.
Step 4: You will receive a call from Aramex to confirm pickup.
Step 5: You will be refunded upon the confirmation of the return.
