Xpressions launched its online store in 2013, one of the foremost beauty site in the region. It is also one of the largest UAE online stores in terms of sales and selection of products and brands.
The standard time for delivery is 3 business days of purchase.
However, it may vary according to your shipping locations and product availability. In remote and rural areas it will take 5- 10 business day.
No delivery service on Fridays and National Holidays.
Delivery Charge
Shipping charge is AED 15 in the normal course. Free delivery for orders of AED 300 and above.
Return Policy
The return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 3 days from delivery date. Please inform through one of the contact channels first in 24 hours, in order to allow for a smooth return process. You will be given a credit note or product replacement option.
If you don’t like the product and need to return or replace it, the store facilitate credit process or product replacement. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The items must be returned in their original packaging including dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes.The courier charge is applicable
The above policy does not apply on the following items.
Products that have been used, tampered or damaged. Products with missing serial number. Any consumable products that have been used or installed
Products that fall under specific categories including, cosmetics, fragrance, skin care and beauty tools are not valid for return service.
