Un homme portant un costume trois pièces pèche sur un lac gelé quand il tombe accidentellement sur une sirène qui va changer sa destinée. Il quitte les plaines du Grand Nord. Il s’évade pour une odyssée poétique et déjantée, véritable feu d’artifice de bouts de carton.
