In a proactive measure to prioritize passenger safety, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the implementation of daily crowd management protocols on the Dubai Metro during peak hours.
Effective immediately, these protocols will be enforced from 7:00 AM until 09:30 AM in the morning and from 5:00 PM until 8:30 PM in the evening. Commuters are urged to plan their journeys in advance, adhere to station signage, and follow instructions provided by station staff.
